Security-first product standards
Security and data handling are designed into our products from the start, not added later. Each operating company inherits shared standards for access control, data protection, and compliance documentation.

Data-handling discipline
We collect only what is needed, limit access on a need-to-know basis, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to information in our care.

Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting 9KeysGroup or one of its companies, we welcome a responsible report. Please contact security@9keysgroup.com with details and steps to reproduce, and allow reasonable time for us to respond before any public disclosure.
We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty program, and we do not claim third-party security certifications.

Individual operating companies may publish their own security and compliance terms as they reach production. Where those differ from this statement, the product-specific terms govern that product.
